As the name suggests, our Fine Milled Oatcakes are made with more finely milled oats to make them thinner and less coarse in texture than their Rough counterparts. Still packed full of fibre, complex carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals like the rest of our oatcakes, their lighter texture and almost 'creamy' oaty taste make them perfect for more delicately flavoured toppings. And kids love them too - try with hummus or cream cheese and cucumber as a snack after school, or sandwich together with some chocolate spread as a sweet treat with a glass of milk. Try as a stop gap snack with a simple topping like nut butter or banana and a drizzle of honey, or with jam/marmalade for a speedy breakfast.

Wholegrain oats (88%), sustainable palm fruit oil sea salt, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate.
