Apple and Cinnamon Overnight Oats
A very healthy and simple but delicious recipes perfect for breakfast at home or on the go! And good news, it's also suitable for gluten free and vegan diets.

- 45g Nairn's Gluten Free Porridge Oats
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 1 apple grated
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 250ml almond milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and transfer into a bowl or sealed container.
2. Keep in the fridge for 6 hours or preferably overnight before eating.
3. Enjoy!
