Smoked Salmon & Smashed Avocado
Smashed avocado spread over organic oatcakes and topped with smoked salmon and marinated tomatoes.
- 12 Nairn's Organic Oatcakes
- 2 avocados mashed
- 100g smoked salmon
- 24 quarters of marinated tomatoes
- cracked black pepper

First, remove the avocado flesh from the skin and mash with a fork. Spread on top of the oatcakes.

Top the avocado with small rolls of the smoked salmon and place the marinated tomatoes on top before serving.
